Lava- There are differrent types of lava. But most of the lava is balsaltic composition.
Composite Cones- They are formed when runny lava escapes from a fissure and flows a long way. It also erupts from differrent ways at differrent times. They are also called Stratovolcanoes.
Calderas- They are a steep, bowl shaped depression in volcanoes. They are formed when an erupting volcano empties a shallow- level magma chamber, the side might collapse. Caldera is Spanish for kettle or cauldron.
